Camp notes
Tues 18th - Mediterranean Buddha Bowls (with veggies, homemade butter bean hummus and sticky sweet potatoes)
- Sticky Coconut Rice with Mango
Weds 19th - Fresh Pasta (Spinach Picci with Roast Veg Ragu and Ravioli
-Homemade Ravioli - one filled with ricotta and sweetcorn and a sweet, chocolate version for pudding
Thurs 20th - Alternative Baking - Carrot and Feta Cake; Homemade Chocolates / Chocolate Bark (the above two dishes will be to take home); Kitchen Experiments with Homemade Cottage Cheese and Homemade Ice Cream (these will be experimented with and tasted on-site, not to be taken home)
Depending on numbers we may offer an early and late pick-up and drop-off. Let us know if this might be of interest to you.
